- Provides professional administrative support to incarcerated individuals and their families who prefer to navigate the legal system as self-represented (pro se) litigants.
- Advocates for the rights of the accused, convicted and their families with administrative bodies such as the Department of Corrections, The Attorney General, and the Office of the Governor.
- Assists the accused and convicted with civil matters that allow for non-attorney representation.
- Guides newly released prisoners and their families toward success as they readjust in the community.
